4. Plant Health and Natural Variation

Plants are natural and living products. Minor leaf bends, slight marks, small cuts, natural colour differences, or size variations may occur and will not be considered defects.

Roots Garden takes care to provide healthy plants at the time of dispatch or delivery. After delivery, plant care becomes the customer’s responsibility.

All prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

Product availability may change depending on stock, season, plant health, and nursery conditions. If a product is unavailable after placing an order, we may contact you to offer:

Orders will be processed only after successful payment.

Cash on Delivery is not available.

7. Delivery and Shipping

In such cases, refund or replacement may not be applicable.

Since live plants are delicate and perishable, returns are generally not accepted after delivery. However, replacement or refund may be considered in cases of damaged, dead-on-arrival, or wrong products, subject to proof and timely reporting.

Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery through WhatsApp or email.

10. Plant Care Disclaimer

Roots Garden may provide plant care tips and guidance through the website, WhatsApp, Instagram, or product descriptions.

However, plant growth and survival depend on many factors, including sunlight, watering, soil, weather, humidity, handling, and customer care.

We do not guarantee plant survival after delivery if the plant is affected by improper care, overwatering, underwatering, lack of sunlight, pests, or unsuitable placement.

You agree not to misuse our website. You must not:
